| Developers are rushing to meet tenant demand, and the trend only promises to accelerate next near, the Charlotte Apartment Association?s Irene Gammon tells us. ?The 'home-ownership-or-die paradigm' is dwindling all across the country,? she says. Renters used to fall into certain niche demographics, but today they represent all kinds of people: Old and young, folks just starting out, and those long retired. ?It's not something you can pinpoint to one segment of society anymore,? she says. | ||
