Harvard University broke ground earlier this month on its massive Enterprise Research Campus in Allston, a project that has for years been hailed as spurring "the next Kendall Square." But the 387-year-old institution is looking to improve on the model of a tech hub that the Massachusetts Institute of Technology pioneered across the river, Harvard Chief of Planning and Design Purnima Kapur said Tuesday.
