It's a new office for the growing multi-modal marketplace for information exchange and paid advice. Jamestown's Michael Phillips says the lease means the tech sector is moving closer to the CBD. Don't go to Jamestown's neighboring 22 Fourth looking for options, either; Demandforce, a division of Intuit’s small business segment, recently ate up all the office space there.
