South Lake Union Towers Could Bring 1,200 Condos To Market
Vancouver, BC-based Onni Group of Cos is mulling condos for the first phase of its massive South Lake Union development, rather than rental units.
The development would include two 41-story towers with a total of 1,197 units on the northwest corner of Denny Way and Fairview Avenue N. Currently, there are 7,700 new apartments in the Seattle pipeline over the next three years, and another nearly 5,450 beyond that, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports, citing Colliers International data.
But condo developments aren't as plentiful. Onni plans to break ground sometime this year. [PSBJ]
